GUWAHATI, Jan 4 - SAI Football Club drubbed Gauhati Town Club 4-0 in the U-15 Youth League at the SAI Complex here today.
SAI went 3-0 ahead in the first session with a hattrick by Raikutshisha. Subham Chetry added another after the break.
Assam cyclists for school games
GUWAHATI, Jan 4: A 12-member Assam girls� team will take part in the National School Games netball (U-19) championship which will be held in New Delhi from January 6 to 9, informs Deputy Director, Sports and youth Welfare Jatin Borchetiya stated a release.
The team members are: Padami Boro, Subungsri Basumatary, Indira Machahary, Anjima Boro, Rashna Narzary, Nijita Islary, Maidangshri Basumatary, Gonaisri Boro, Minakshi Deka, Tanmayee Sarania, Sakuntala Bhumiz. The will be accompanied by Prasanta Mohan as coach, Nayanmoni Deka as manager and Bolen Das as head of the delegation.
