GANGTOK, Nov 14 - Police have arrested a close relative of the young girl who was allegedly raped and murdered at Machong recently.
The arrested man, Aas Kumar Rai (23), is reported to be the deceased girl�s paternal uncle.
According to information available, Rai was nabbed after the police found his behaviour strange during investigation.
