Rebati Mohan Dutta Chaudhury Trust awards

GAURIPUR, Oct 13 � In an award giving ceremony organised by the Pratap Chandra HS School, Gauripur, the Rebati Mohan Dutta Chaudhury Trust award for the years 2011 and 2012 were awarded to five meritorious students of the school who secured highest aggregate marks, highest marks in General Mathematics and Assamese recently.

The award giving ceremony was presided over by Pradip Chandra Barman, president of the school managing committee. The meeting was addressed by Nirode Chandra Ray, retired principal, Kshitish Chandra Ray, Reba Ray, i/c principal of the institute. Sajjadul Kadir Akand was presented Ramani Mohan Dutta Chaudhury award for securing highest aggregate marks in HSLC 2011, Vishal Saha was presented Amiyalata Dutta Chaudhury award for obtaining highest marks in General Mathematics and Jiaul Haque was presented Nirode Chandra Chaudhury Memorial award for securing highest marks in Assamese among the students of Gauripur Centre while Hari Prasad Ray was awarded Ramani Mohan Dutta Chaudhury Memorial award for securing highest aggregate marks in the year 2012 and he was also awarded Nirode Chandra Chaudhury Memorial award for securing highest marks in Assamese.

Supriya Kumar Chakrabarty, managing trustee of the trust anchored the programme and Saraju Dihidar offered the vote of thanks. The award giving ceremony was attended by the students, teachers, guardians and well-wishers of greater Gauripur area.
