GUWAHATI, June 16 � Pragatishil Mancha, a socio-cultural organisation of the city, is going to celebrate Kalaguru Bishnu Rabha Diwas on June 20-21 at Bhetapara Durga Mandir premises.
The two-day programme will start by hoisting of the mancha�s flag on June 20, at 9 am by Jagannath Das, president of the organisation, followed by floral tribute by social worker Gyanendra Narayan Neogi.
Among the programmes scheduled for the occasion are state level art and Rabha song competition on June 21, felicitation and prize distribution and cultural programme.
