GUWAHATI, June 19 � The Bishnu Rabha Divas is being celebrated in the State tomorrow. In the city, the Directorate of Cultural Affairs will observe the occasion at the Srimanta Sankaradeva Kalakshetra where the Bishnu Rabha Award will be formally presented. Various other organisations are also celebrating the day. The Kanchan Nagar Choonsali Unnayan Samiti will celebrate the day with programmes including sports among women and children, open meeting, prize-distribution, cultural evening, etc.
