GUWAHATI, Oct 12 - Ashadeep, a city-based NGO working in the mental health sector, organised two mental health programmes simultaneously at Shelter Home, Boko and at its Day Rehabilitation Centre here on October 10, said a delayed press release here.
Jyotshna Das, Secretary and other members of the State Legal Services Authority, Kamrup, took part in an interaction programme at Shelter Home, Boko. The inmates of Shelter Home presented a cultural programme on the occasion.
At Ashadeep�s Day Rehabilitation Centre in Guwahati, students of NEF College, Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata and Delhi University presented a �role play� and a cultural event.
Ashadeep also organised a poster competition among college students. The first three winners of the competition � sponsored by Jaquar India Pvt Ltd � were Nargis Rahaman, Rabindra Bharati College, Kolkata; Jernel Syiem, Assam Don Bosco University, Guwahati and Beethika Konwar, Dibrugarh University respectively.
