GUWAHATI, Oct 1 - Madhavdevpur Mahalaya Celebration Committee at Rehabari here organised a cultural programme on the day of Mahalaya in the early morning on the Madhavdevpur Shiva Mandir premises, stated a delayed press release.
Dr Ashutosh Kundu, president of the Mahalaya Celebration Committee, started the programme by lighting the lamp, added the release.
