GUWAHATI, Aug 14 � Thirty police officers and personnel of the State have been chosen for President�s Police Medal for Distinguished Service (1), Police Medal for Gallantry (5) and Police Medal for Meritorious Service (24). The medals will be formally presented in the Independence Day function tomorrow.
Ramanidhar Baruah, DIG (Admin), has been selected for the President�s Police Medal for Distinguished Service.
