SHILLONG, Oct 18 � Inaugurating the unique glass mosque here, Union Minister for State, Water Resource Vincent H Pala said that the place of worship should help in bonding the various religious minority groups of the region. The green glass four-storied mosque, named Madina Masjid, also houses an orphanage, a library and a theological institute. Earlier, Union Law Minister Salman Khurshid cancelled his trip here to inaugurate the mosque here as his �threat� to Arvind Kejriwal stirred a huge controversy nationwide.
