DERGAON, Dec 4 � The Assam-Orissa Plate Group U-19 Cooch Behar Trophy match ended in a draw at Golaghat Stadium here today.
With 51-run 1st innings lead, the visitors gathered 3 points against Assam�s 1. In the second innings, Assam, resuming at 272 for 9 were all out for 279. Orissa were 143 for 4 when stumps were finally drawn.
Captain of Orissa team Sahadev Patra scored 57 not out.
It was Assam�s first match of the championship. In the next match from December 8, Assam will play against Maharashtra at their place.
