BISWANATH CHARIALI, April 17 - Police arrested another accused person last night in connection with the alleged assault on one Shaukat Ali, an eatery owner, in the Madhupur weekly market recently. He was identified as Trinayan Hazarika (25), son of Late Tarani Hazarika of village Madhupur under Biswanath Chariali police station. With this, the total number of arrested persons has gone upto ten.
It needs mention here that a case bearing no 80/2019 was already registered with Biswanath Chariali police station and further police investigation is going on. Meanwhile, Biswanath Deputy Commisioner, PR Khaund and Superintendent of Police, Rakesh Roshan visited Shaukat Ali�s residence at Bhojmari village, Dakhin Chatiya today and took stock of his health.
