GUWAHATI, Dec 24 - Olivia Dutta Choudhury, the former Manager (Operations), who allegedly swindled a huge amount of money from bank customers, has been granted bail by the Gauhati High Court.
Advocate S Mitra appeared on behalf of the accused, while additional public prosecutor TK Mishra represented the state of Assam.
The bail was granted primarily on the ground that most of the swindled money have been recovered and that she is not in a position to hamper and tamper with the investigation.
