GUWAHATI, Feb 29 - The Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) felicitated its sportspersons who won medals in different international and national championships.
The felicitation function was held last evening at Maligaon where HK Jaggi, General Manager, NF Railway and Dr Renu Jaggi, president, NF Railway Women�s Welfare Organisation were present during the occasion.
The recipients were: NF Railway�s basketball teams (men and women), badminton team, Table Tennis team, Y Renubala Chanu (weightlifting), Rumi Gogoi (boxing), Srikant Yadav (boxing), Nikhil Dihingia (powerlifting), Rajeswari M (powerlifting), Minu Basumatary (boxing), Namita Kachari (boxing), Anjali Kalita and Rimi Hazarika (badminton), Tekeme Sarkar (table tennis), Deepak Kumar (powerlifting), Jahnabi Gogoi (boxing), Aranyanee Gogoi (powerlifting), Bhagyabati Kachari (boxing), Y Premi Devi, Tuli Goon, P Bijeta Devi, Diparnita Dey, KSH Ngoubi Devi, Ch Sanatombi Devi (all members of the gold medal winning football team in women�s national), Vandana Dubey (powerlifting), Dhaniram Basumatary (archery), Satbir Kaur (archery), A Boby Singh (bodybuilding), Pwilao Basumatary (boxing), Y Premi Devi (football), T Bidyaluxmi Devi (cycling).
