GUWAHATI, July 4 - Dr Pradyut Kumar Goswami, former Vice Chancellor of Assam Science and Technology University and former principal of Assam Engineering College, took over responsibilities as the new Vice Chancellor of the University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya (USTM) today.
