GUWAHATI, March 16 - The Assam Cricket Association (ACA) has inducted Taposh Chakraborty, a senior official of Accountant General (A&E) Assam in its Apex Council today.
With the induction of Chakraborty the total member of Apex Council has risen to seven as per the newly adopted constitution of ACA, which has the mandate of the Supreme Court of India, that the Apex Council have to be included nine members in total.
In the recent AGM held on January 12, six members were elected with Romen Dutta as president. ACA has already initiated to get the player member�s nomination from BCCI, stated a press released.
