IMPHAL,Oct 30 - The new building of Imphal Public Library, one of the oldest library in the State, was inaugurated by Manipur Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh during a function here on Sunday.
Speaking as chief guest, he said that the State Government is planning to establish one library each in all districts of the State.
It may be recalled that the Library was established in 1938 as Khwai Public Library and renamed as Imphal Public Library in 1947.
