GUWAHATI, Sept 1 - The practising advocates of the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Guwahati, today formed a bar association named Debts Recovery Tribunal Guwahati Bar Association. The meeting held on the occasion was presided over by senior advocate VK Dewan, a press release said.
