NE Connectivity Summit begins today

DIMAPUR, Sept 21 - On the eve of the two-day North East Connectivity Summit to be held at NBCC Convention Centre, Kohima, chairman of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) NEAC Ranjit Barthakur today said the purpose of the summit is to improve connectivity of land, air, trade, etc.

Foreign delegates from Japan, Russia, Myanmar, Bhutan, Laos, Bangladesh and Thailand will also participate in the summit. Embassies and High Commissioners from Bangladesh, Japan and Laos will also be present.
