DIMAPUR, March 19 - NSCN-IM general secretary Thuingaleng Muivah and 19 other NSCN-IM leaders have arrived in Camp Hebron off Dimapur yesterday from New Dehi to participate in Naga Republic Day celebration.
Muivah will deliver a speech at the celebration at Camp Hebron on March 21. Sources said vice president of NSCN-IM General (Retd) Kholi will be the chief guest at the occasion.
