IMPHAL, Sept 30 (PTI) - Manipur Assembly Speaker S Budhichandra Singh died of illness today at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, family members said.
67-year-old Singh is survived by his wife, two sons and a daughter.
Singh was a medical practitioner before he joined Congress and was elected from Konthoujam Assembly constituency in Imphal West district.
