AIZAWL, Dec 6 - Mizoram Excise and Narcotics department�s anti-narcotic squad has seized 47 gm of heroin during the past 48 hours in Aizawl, department�s spokesperson said.
He said three persons, all women, were arrested for possession of the contraband worth around Rs 2 lakh in the local market. The arrested women � Lalnundiki and Lalrengliani of Kawlbem in Mizoram-Myanmar border Champhai district and Zothansangi of Aizawl were booked under relevant sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. � PTI
