GUWAHATI, Dec 13 � Police today said that the trio arrested in connection with the Gunjan abduction case has confessed to the crime and the victim too has identified the abductors.
The chargesheet in the case is likely to be filed very soon, Bijoy Kuligam, Superintendent of Police of Sivasagar told The Assam Tribune.
Police has so far made three arrests in connection with Gunjan abduction case and also recovered the pistol used to fire in the air on the day of the incident.
The arrested include Biman Bora, Sanjib Das and Anup. The arrested trio had revealed before the police the entire turn of events preceding the abduction of Gunjan.
