DIBRUGARH, Dec 1 - The Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL) has been conferred with �Great Place to Work� certification, a release stated.
Every year, Great Place to Work Institute organizes this certification award. It is a common platform where organizations across the world participate to create brand value of their respective organizations including CPSE�s. Great Place to Work Institute�s methodology is recognized as rigorous and objective and is considered as the gold standard for defining great work places across business, academia and government organizations, the release informed.
BCPL has been assessed for great place to work certification through two lenses � Trust Index and Culture Audit. A survey was conducted for employees to administer the trust index of BCPL, followed by an audit process-people practices assessment which involved showcasing the company�s practices through the culture audit, speaking to employees, conducting a control group survey etc., and thereby obtain actionable research insights to devise a successful people strategy, the release added.
