GUWAHATI, Jan 25 - Assam Engineering College (AEC) Alumni Association defeated Principal XI by 11 runs in a friendly cricket match played at the AEC playground, Jalukbari today on the occasion of the foundation day of the college.
Batting first the former students scored 112 for two with Pranab Sarma being the top scorer (37 not out). Principal�s teamwas all out for 101. Ankurjyoti Sarma was their leading scorer with 26.
