DULIAJAN, Dec 9 - The 4th OIL-DFA Inter Academy Invitational Football Tournament will be held at the Nehru Maidan here from December 19 to 27. Altogether 12 coaching centre teams of Dibrugarh and Tinsukia districts will vie for the title in the championship which will be organised by the Duliajan Football Academy and under the patronage of Oil India Limited.
