GOSSAIGAON, Sept 29 - Durga Puja is also being celebrated at Gossaigaon on the Assam-West Bengal border town in a festive atmosphere. The oldest Durga Puja in Gossaigaon town is at Nat Mandir and Gossaigaon Dham.
Durga Puja at the Nat Mandir began in 1930 and is a favourite of the people here. All the puja committees have decided to reduce their budgets due to the two wave of floods which devastated many areas here.
