GUWAHATI, Sept 20 - A team from the Kamrup (Metro) district administration led by Guwahati Circle Officer Damodar Barman this morning carried out an eviction drive on the premises of Machkhowa ITA Cultural Complex, demolishing seven business establishments set up illegally.
A district administration statement said that the demolished business establishments had extended their structures beyond the allotted land and encroached on the land of the cultural complex.
