GUWAHATI, Dec 6 - �Eastern Beats�, a non-profit cultural, sporting and youth organisation of the North East, celebrated its 10th anniversary here recently.
Eminent writer and former bureaucrat Dhruba Hazarika inaugurated the 10th-anniversary celebrations.
A musical session followed by the get-together in which singers Gourav Mama Saikia, Bikash Subba, Rishav Bhuyan and David Baker performed. �Eastern Beats� founder Aiyushman Dutta said, �Over the ten years, we have initiated several pioneering initiatives in the cultural landscape of North East.�
Earlier known as �Eastern Beats Music Society�, �Eastern Beats� was formed in 2009.
