CRPF aid to poor

JORABAT, April 29 - Amid the nationwide lockdown, the 128th Battalion CRPF today distributed food items, masks, sanitizers, etc., among over 200 needy people of Ural and Kahikuchi villages under Sonapur revenue circle.

The troops, under the guidance of Commandant Surjit Kumar Atri, also distributed nutritious meals while at the same time making sure the hygiene standards are not compromised.

The CRPF officers present on the occasion also called for use of soap to ensure that people first wash their hands before eating. The battalion will hold similar programmes in the coming days.
