GUWAHATI, April 20 - Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal today paid a sudden visit to the Basistha Police Station and enquired about its functioning.
The Chief Minister interacted with the police personnel present there and enquired about their working condition, including the prevailing status of infrastructure and amenities at the police station. He urged them to maintain a cordial relationship with the public for improving their functioning, an official release stated.
