GUWAHATI, Nov 12 - Industries and Commerce Minister Chandra Mohan Patowary has condoled the death of renowned cartoonist and painter Trailokya Dutta.
In a condolence statement, the Minister said, �Trailokya Dutta was a veteran cartoonist and renowned painter of Assam. With a few of his contemporaries, Trailokya Dutta set new standards in Assam. One of the best cartoonists in the State, Trailokya Dutta left an indelible mark to be remembered by posterity.�
The Minister also extended his grievances to the members of the bereaved family and prayed to the Almighty for eternal peace of the departed soul.
