JALUKBARI, June 1 - Police busted a gang of carlifters and recovered a TATA Di from them yesterday.
A team of police personnel led by OC of Garchuk Police Station Ranjit Das managed to nab four carlifters � Badarul Ladkar, Mohammad Fakuruddin, Sahidur Rahman and Picklu Rai from Dabaka, Nagaon, while Krishna Mandal was arrested in Guwahati. They were involved in stealing cars from different parts of the city. Police investigation is in progress and more recoveries are expected. All the accused were sent to jail today.
