GUWAHATI, Sept 21 - The dates for the byelections to four Legislative Assembly constituencies of the State have been announced today.
As per the Election Commission of India schedule, Ratabari (ST), Jania, Rangapara, and Sonari constituencies will go to the polls on October 21.
The last date for nomination is September 30, while the last date for withdrawal of nomination is October 3.
Counting of votes is scheduled for October 24 and the election process will conclude by October 27, an official release said.
