GUWAHATI, Sept 4 - The Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) today sealed �Adityam Building�, a G+3 building located on Barthakur Mill Road, Ulubari, for violating norms of the GMC building by-law.
GMC official Dipak Bezbarua said the owner of the building had taken permission from the GMC to open a shopping mall in the building. But later upon inspection, a bar and a restaurant were discovered in the building.
