BSF organises fitness run

GUWAHATI, Sept 19 - In a bid to promote fitness, the Border Security Force (BSF) Guwahati Frontier organised a five-kilometre �Fit India Freedom Run� at Patgaon as part of the �Fit India Movement� on Saturday.

The run was flagged off by KK Gulia, Deputy Inspector General (PSO), BSF, Guwahati Frontier. Over 150 officers, subordinate officers and jawans of BSF took part in the run.

Speaking on the occasion Gulia said that during the present scenario and lifestyle, people have forgotten about their health as they hanker after money, but pointed out that health is real wealth.
