JALUKBARI, April 29 - A bike rally on road safety and awareness was organized by the Gauhati University Institute of Science and Technology (GUIST), Gauhati University on Thursday as part of the GU Tech-fest 2016.
Prof Rupjyoti Bharali, Dean, Faculty of Technology, Gauhati University, flagged off the rally at 11 am that was led by Director I/C, Gauhati University Institute of Science and Technology, Prof Manab Deka.
The rally saw massive participation from all quarters. It started from the university campus and traversed through Jalukbari, Maligaon, Bharalumukh, Panbazar, Dighalipukhuri before reaching the campus again.
