GUWAHATI, Sept 15 - Kamrup (Metro) Deputy Commissioner Virendra Mittal today held an awareness meeting on �Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao� mission for the students and teachers of various educational institutes of the city.
An official statement issued by the district administration said students and teachers from altogether 12 educational institutes, including Handique Girls' College, KC Das Commerce College, Beltola College, Arya College and Dispur College, took part in the programme.
