Assamese student qualifies for Biology Olympiad

GUWAHATI, June 16 - Arunangshu Bhattacharyya, an Assamese student from Surat currently studying at Kota in Rajasthan, has qualified for a Biology Olympiad to be held in Hungary.

He will join three other Indian students in the team for the country.

Arunangshu has been a topper in the all-India AIIMS entrance test, securing the sixth position, besides being the topper in JIPMER (first position) and NEET.

He is the son of Samarjit Bhattacharya and Aparajita Bhattacharya, senior executives of Reliance Petrochemicals.
