GUWAHATI, May 12 - Dr Loknath Sharma, Director, State Council of Educational Research and Training, (SCERT), Assam, passed away in Chennai today.
A former Secretary of the Board of Secondary Education, Assam, Sharma had been ailing for some time.
His death has been widely mourned.
