GUWAHATI, Dec 21 � Assam scored 272 in its first innings against Tripura during the 2nd day of the U-16 Vijay Merchant Trophy match at Nehru Stadium here today, taking a lead of 145.
Razakbuddin Ahmed (63), Romario Khan (31) and Gautom Das (30) were the main contributors with the bat for Assam. For Tripura, Taposh Mandal took 7 giving away 80 runs and Debo Prasad Singha took 2 wickets.
Tripura in their second innings were 41 for 2 at stumps today.
