GUWAHATI, July 25 - The ASEB Sports Club in its annual general meeting held recently has urged the State Government to appoint sportspersons in various departments in order to encourage the promising youths for taking sports activities seriously.
The new committee of the club was also formed in the meeting with BK Duari as president, D Bose, HP Baruah as vice-presidents, S Kaimel as general secretary, G Ror, D Hazarika as joint secretaries, KN Baishya as treasurer, K Barman as football secretary, stated a press release.
