GUWAHATI, Feb 8 - Foundation for Social Transformation, a philanthropic organisation based in Guwahati, today organised an art competition at the Gauhati Artists� Guild here commemorating the �One Billion Rising Worldwide Campaign� to celebrate solidarity ending violence against women.
Young artists and youths from across the city participated in the event judged by budding artist Queen G Talukdar of Guwahati.
