GUWAHATI, Jan 23 � An art competition among school students was held at Shilpa Sadhana Chitrakala Vidyalaya at Nabin Nagar here today. Inaugurated by Dilip Kumar Sarma, Assam subject teacher of Khetri Haridia HS School, around 50 students took part in the competition.
Earlier, speaking on the occasion, Sarma dwelt at length on different aspects of the life of RG Baruah and urged upon the students to follow his ideals.
The path-breaking activities of late RG Baruah were the themes on which the students created their art works.
