GUWAHATI, Feb 16 � The Zeme Students Union, Guwahati, the Hmar Students Association, Guwahati and the Kuki Students Organisation, Guwahati has appealed to the government to withdraw the decision to rename the North Cachar Hills District as Dima Hasao district.
