GUWAHATI, Oct 4 - The annual general meeting of Pub Sarania Senior Citizens� Forum was held recently at Pub Sarania here with Ganesh Ch Gogoi in the chair, said a press release issued today.
The meeting laid stress on carrying out certain welfare activities in the coming days. It also condoled the passing away of some members of the forum and prayed for eternal peace of the departed souls.
At the meeting the old executive committee was dissolved and a new one formed for the next session with Ashok Phukan as president, Satyendra Kumar Talukdar as vice president, Kanak Ch Goswami as general secretary and Arun Ch Nath as treasurer, the release added.
