Top seed Arbinas Lyngdoh of AG Meghalaya defeated Abhijit Biswas of AG Assam �A� to lift the men�s singles title while JK Tamuly of AG Assam �A� team got the better of Mridul Bayan of AG Assam �B� to occupy the third position.
