ACA officials call on Health Minister

GUWAHATI, Aug 14 - A delegation of the Assam Cricket Association (ACA), comprising of Romen Dutta, president, Porikshit Dutta, vice president, Devajit Saikia, secretary and Tridib Konwar, treasurer today met the Minister for Heath and Family Welfare, Finance, PWD Himanta Biswa Sarma, who is also former president of the State cricket body.

The delegation briefed the Minister of various infrastructural development activities undertaken by ACA under the pandemic situation. The Minister was also informed about ACA�s decision to revive cricket in Assam from September onwards.

During the course of the meeting, the ACA officials also handed over a cheque of Rs 25 lakh to Arogya Nidhi Assam.
