HAFLONG, April 7 - At least 40 Congress members from Harangajao constituency of NC Hills Autonomous Council joined the Bharatiya Janata Party in the presence of Amendu Hojai, Executive Member, NCHAC at EM�s official residence at Haflong on Thursday.
Talking to mediapersons, Akhtar Khan, gaonburha of Lalabasti near Harangajao said that BJP-ruled NCHAC, under the active leadership of present executive committee and also at the initiative of EM Amendu Hojai, has developed a neglected place like Harangajao. This has inspired everyone to join the BJP hoping that their areas too would also be developed.
