ITANAGAR, March 28 - Four houses were gutted in a devastating fire that broke out at the VIP Colony of Khonsa town in Tirap district on Tuesday.
An Army team from neighbouring Deomali rushed to the spot and joined the fire fighters along with the local police and other volunteers.
There was no report of any human casualty.
