SHILLONG, June 12 � Four Home Guard personnel died, while six were injured, in a road accident at Mawlyngkhung in Ri Bhoi district last evening.
The mishap occurred when the truck, the Home Guards were travelling in, lost control and fell into a gorge.
The deceased have been identified as Mohon Rabha, Shankar Chettri, Bitterly Syrling and Hemol Sangma.
